SEASON INFORMATION
Season is from August 2025 through May 2026
Two training sessions per week (Monday’s & Wednesday’s)
Club Compete in: ASA Academy League & various local and/or Out of State tournaments
Registration/Team Fees
$100 - 1 time registration fee (Aug 2025 - April 2026)
$450 - Team fee - Month to Month option available (Aug 2025 - April 2026)
$400 - Tournament fee (2 payments of $200 (Aug 2025 and Jan 2026) will cover 6 tournament fees)
**Additional tournament fees will be assessed if additional tournaments are available to join**
The registration fee covers the application and registration to be considered a player on the club team. The Team Fee covers team specific costs such as league fees, tournament registrations, coach travel expenses, team equipment, and other team related expenses.
Specific Team Fee amounts are usually available from your coach or team manager in May/June. Teams and individuals may fundraise to cover some of the costs of Team Fees or Club Fee. The Club Fee is the operational cost per club player for participation for the season. This fee is paid when a player is offered a roster spot and secures their spot on the team. The Club Fee pays for, but is not limited to coaching and training, field usage and maintenance, insurance, administration and operational support and fees, and any other programs offered by the club.
League Fee
Will be announced by the coach of each individual team in August.
Uniform Costs
Uniform ordering is completed and paid for with the team manager. Ordering should not be completed until a player’s roster is assigned by the club coach and the registration fee has been paid.
The 2025-2026 season is the first year of a two-year uniform cycle for the club.
U10 – $190 (includes: 2 - jersey set (Home & Away), 1 practice shirt, and team backpack)
U12 – $190 (includes: 2 - jersey sets (Home & Away), 1 practice shirt, and team backpack)
